At Bicycle Collective, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
