All bicycles are professionally packed in oversized reinforced boxes. Most bikes arrive 85% assembled; you will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost.

What is your return policy for gear and bikes?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns that have been assembled or ridden.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes, we partner with local bike shops across the country. You can choose to have your bike shipped directly to a partner shop for professional assembly and safety tuning for an additional fee.

How do I determine the correct frame size for me?

Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All new bicycle frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and accessories are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.

Can I finance my new bicycle purchase?
