New but not working Cane Creek Helm MKII Air Fork. No sign of installation or use. Increased air pressure does not strengthen spring. Suspected bad positive/negative air piston o-ring. Damper works. light tool marks on air top cap. Missing air valve cap. Includes axle and accessories shown.
